The EU Pay Transparency Directive is often initially associated with additional reporting, documentation requirements, and red tape. Our experience shows that, if implemented consistently, it can have exactly the opposite effect.
In order to explain compensation in a transparent manner, organizations must disclose and scrutinize long-standing exceptions, inconsistent compensation logic, complex data structures, and unclear decision-making processes. The directive will thus serve as a catalyst for a simplification that has long been overdue in many companies—and as a foundation for actively managing and shaping compensation structures once again.
What it's all about
At the next HvR Quattro x Quattro event, we'll bring together decision-makers from HR, Total Rewards, Finance, and Legal. Featuring: Practical insights from Carl Zeiss and Roche, as well as a legal analysis of the current situation by CMS.
Four presentations, four expert panels, one joint discussion—not a lecture, but an in-depth exchange in a deliberately small group.
